Procedure
1. From the left menu of the File DLP administration, go to Dashboard.
2. The dashboard will be displayed.

| Trend of files shared or published externally | Number of files per connected app and the trend of files shared externally over the past month | - |
| Auto-Stop Sharing Policy Status | Number of files for which automatic stop was executed in the past month, and the number of files scheduled for automatic stop in the upcoming month | If [Automatic stop] is OFF, automatic stop will not be executed. |
| Number of Files by Sharing Range | Total number of files per connected app and the number of files by file type | Items are the same as "Files". |
| Files Sync Trend | Total number of files acquired by File DLP over the past 30 days. | - |
