Description
This article explains the procedure for administrators who have completed the initial setup of Tadrill, including test sending of training emails, receiving and clicking URLs or reporting actions on the user side, and checking activities in the Administration.

How to Access the Tadrill Administration
Procedure
Sending Training Emails from Tadrill

Click [Users] in the left menu.

Check if the target users to whom you want to send the training email are registered.
* If the target users are not registered, you need to Add User.
For the Add User procedure, please refer to the following page.
Create New User in Tadrill -
Click [Training Emails] in the left menu.

Create an email template to use for the test.
* If a template is already registered, this step is not necessary.
Create Training Email in Tadrill -
Click [Trainings] in the left menu.

Click [+Create] in the upper right, configure the following settings, and click [Launch Training].

Sending Training Emails in Tadrill- Training emails: Select the email template to use for testing
- Target users: Select the users for test sending
- Email sending period: Send immediately
- Training ends at: Set a date and time at least 24 hours from the current time
- Training name: Any name (e.g., Test Sending)
- Tags: Optional tags (can be left blank)
- Mode: optional
If you are using Tadrill with HENNGE One Basic and do not want to consume training counts, or if you want to test with only some users, you can use "Test training" mode.
By using "Test training" mode, you can check the actual training behavior without consuming training counts.
Training emails delivered in "Test training" mode will display the text "This is a test delivery of a training email by Tadrill" in the body.
Receiving Training Emails, Clicking URLs, and Reporting
- Open the mailbox of the test user and confirm that the training email from Tadrill has been received in the inbox.
* If you cannot find the email, please refer to the following.
Tadrill Training Email Not Delivered Properly or Delivered to Spam Folder - Open the received training email and click the URL. Confirm that the training explanation page is displayed.
- With the training email open, click the Tadrill Alert icon and submit a report.

Checking Activities from the Tadrill Administration

Click [Trainings] in the left menu.

Click the training you created for testing.

Open the [Target & Activity] tab and confirm that the users' actions are correctly recorded.
[Risk action]: Counted when a URL is clicked or a file is opened
[Report]: Counted when a training email is reported using Tadrill Alert
