This guide is for customers who have completed the initial setup required to deploy HENNGE Tadrill.
Purpose
The purpose is to confirm that training emails can be correctly sent, received, and reported from HENNGE Tadrill.

Detailed Steps & Instructions
1. Sending Training Emails from HENNGE Tadrill
1.1. Access the HENNGE Tadrill management console.
1.2. Click [ Users ] from the left menu and check if the recipients for the training emails are registered.
If no users are registered, you will need to add them.

How to Create New Users in HENNGE Tadrill
1.3. Click [ Emails ] from the left menu and check if a template for the training email has been created.
If no template is registered, follow the steps in the link below to create one.
How to Create a Training Email in HENNGE Tadrill
1.4. Click [ Training ] from the left menu. Click [+Create] in the top-right corner, configure the following settings, and click [ Start Training ].
Training Email: Select the template for the test
Target Users: Select the users to whom the test email will be sent
Email Delivery Schedule: Immediate bulk send
Training End Date: Set a date at least 24 hours after the current time
Training Name: Enter any name (e.g., Test Send)
Tags: Optional (can be left blank)
2. Receiving the Training Email, Clicking the URL, and Reporting
2.1. Open the test recipient's inbox and verify that the training email from Tadrill has been received.
2.2. Open the received training email and click the URL. Confirm that the reveal page for the training is displayed.
2.3. With the training email still open, click the Tadrill Alert icon to report the email.

3. Verify Activity from the HENNGE Tadrill Admin Console
3.1. Click [ Training ] from the left menu.
3.2. Click the training created for the test.
3.3. Open the [ Target and Activity ] tab and verify that user actions have been correctly recorded.
Dangerous Actions: Counted when the user clicks a URL or opens a file
Reports: Counted when the training email is reported using Tadrill Alert
