Customers using HENNGE Email DLP and HENNGE Secure Transfer
Content
Until now, we have applied SPF, DKIM, and DMARC as email authentication for "hennge.com". To further enhance reliability, we will additionally implement BIMI.
What is BIMI?
BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is an email authentication technology related to DMARC that displays a brand logo on authenticated emails.
When the sender (HENNGE One) configures DMARC authentication and registers a logo image in the BIMI record, the logo will be displayed in the recipient's email client.
This allows recipients to visually confirm the reliability of the email and helps prevent phishing attacks.
Effect on email
For notification messages sent using the email authentication feature, the sender icon will be the HENNGE icon shown below.
The email authentication feature may send emails not only to users with a HENNGE One contract, but also to external users such as business partners.
The HENNGE icon will also be displayed for these emails.
However, please note that BIMI display depends on the recipient's environment and may not be shown to all recipients.
There is no effect on any features provided within the HENNGE Email DLP or HENNGE Secure Transfer services.
