Description
This article explains the procedure for administrators to change the user sync settings between Tadrill and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

How to Access the Tadrill Administration - The features described in this article are available to customers with a HENNGE One Pro plan or a standalone Tadrill plan.
Procedure

From the Tadrill Administration, access the Integrations screen.

From the Integrations screen, access Settings.
* If you have not yet integrated with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, please complete the following procedures to integrate your groupware with Tadrill before proceeding.
User Sync from Google Workspace to Tadrill
User Sync from Microsoft 365 to Tadrill -
On the User Sync Settings screen, change the settings related to user sync and click Save.
Fields (User Sync Settings)

* By default, group sync is turned off. The following groups are subject to sync:
If there are already synced groups, turning off [Group Sync] will delete them. |
