- Administrators managing Tadrill users
Purpose
- This document explains the procedure for changing the settings to sync user information between Tadrill and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.

- The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of March 2025.
It may change without notice due to updates or specification changes. - A Tadrill administrator account is required to perform the tasks in this procedure.

How to access the HENNGE Tadrill Administration - The content of this article is available to customers who have subscribed to the HENNGE One Pro plan or the standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.
Procedure
1. Access the [Integrations] screen from the Tadrill Administration.
2. From the Integrations screen, access [Settings].
※ If you are not integrated with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, please perform the following steps to integrate groupware with Tadrill before proceeding with this procedure.

3. In the User Sync Settings screen, change the settings related to user information sync and click [Submit].
Items (User Sync Settings)

The following groups are included in the sync target.
If there are already synced groups, turning off [Group Sync] will delete them. |
