From the list screen, select the Training whose results you want to check.
-

Checking Target & Activity
You can check the Training history from the [Target & Activity] tab.
How to check activity for each user
-
From the [User List] tab, you can check the Email sent at, whether Training Emails were opened, Risk actions, and number of Reports for each user.
※You can Search for Users using the Search Filters.
※With the Export feature, all users are downloaded regardless of the Search Filters conditions. You can also check the delivery Status in the [Email sent at] field.
However, in the case of SMTP delivery, it takes time for an Error to be returned, so the Status will be Completed immediately after delivery. Please check again after some time. -
When you click a user, you can check Action logs, such as the date and time the target user accessed a URL or submitted a Report.
※For details of each item in the displayed Training summary and Action logs, refer to “Items(Target & Activity)”.
How to check the Action List
-
From the [Action List] tab, you can check information about users who performed each Action.
For Actions suspected to have been performed by a bot, Tadrill automatically assigns the [Bot-like] Status.
※The System's automatic determination is provided to assist admins with manual actions.
We continually adjust pattern detection for mechanical Actions and strive to improve detection accuracy.
However, because there are many irregular patterns, it is difficult to automatically detect all mechanical Actions.
Please check and take action manually in addition to the System's automatic determination. -
If a bot operation is suspected for an Action, you can set the [Bot Action] Status for that Action.
Actions recorded as bot operations are not counted as Risk actions in the Summary results tables or graphs.
For detailed procedures, refer to the following article.
