Purpose
- This document explains the procedure for checking quarantined emails and changing their status.

- Administrator privileges for Tadrill are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.

[Tadrill] How to log in to the Administration - The features described in this article are available to customers with the HENNGE One Pro plan or the standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.
- If the reported email exceeds the following size, only data within the limit will be displayed.
・Email headers: 250KB
・Email body: 300KB - The notification feature is only for notifications from the administrator to the reporter and does not support two-way communication.
- Notification emails are sent from no-reply@tadrill.com.
Procedure
1. Open [Alerts] from the left menu of the Tadrill Administration.
2. Emails reported by users other than training emails will be displayed, so select the target email.
※ If [Opened links/files, etc.] was selected at the time of reporting, [Risk actions] will be checked.
3. The email details screen will be displayed, where you can check the recipient, subject, body, and the results of the sending domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) of the target email.
※ From the magnifying glass button displayed on the right side of the details, you can search in Email Archive with conditions such as the sender of the target email.

※ If you want to change the status or send a notification to the reporter, press [Edit] at the top right of the screen and proceed to the next step.
4. In the [Edit Status] screen, set the status and investigation result values.
From [Reply to reporter with status], you can send a notification message and the changed status information to the reporter.
After completing the settings, press the save button at the bottom right.
※ The content of the [Comment] field will not be notified.
※ You can check the contents notified so far in [Notification log for reporter].
