[Tadrill] Managing Quarantined Emails (Change Status / Notify Reporter)

    ・Email body: 300 KB
  5. The notification feature only allows notifications from admins to reporters. Two-way communication is not supported.

Procedure

  1. From the left menu of the Tadrill Administration, click [Alerts].

  2. Emails reported by users (excluding Training Emails) will be displayed. Select the target email.
    * If [Opened links/files, etc.] was selected at the time of reporting, [Risk actions] will be checked.

  3. The email details screen will be displayed. You can check the recipient, subject, body, and sender domain authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for the target email.
    * By clicking the magnifying glass button on the right side of the details, you can search for the target email in Email Archive using conditions such as the sender.

  4. On the [Edit Status] screen, set the values for Status and investigation results.
    From [Reply to reporter with status], you can send a notification message and the updated status information to the reporter.
    After configuring, click the Save button at the bottom right.
    * The content of the [Comment] field will not be included in the notification.
    * You can review previously sent notifications in [Reporter notification log].
