Purpose
- This document explains the procedure for administrators to receive notifications about suspicious email reports and daily report counts in Tadrill.

How to Access the Tadrill Administration Console - For each suspicious email report, one notification is sent, or a report notification of the previous day's suspicious email count is sent around 9 AM daily.

Notifications are not sent for training email reports.
※ Only emails reported as suspicious by users, excluding training emails, are subject to this. -
Notification emails will be sent from no-reply@tadrill.com.
- The content of this article is available to customers subscribed to the HENNGE One Pro plan or the standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.
Procedure
1. Access [Users] from the Tadrill administration console.
2. Click on the administrator from the list of users who you want to receive notifications.
3. Click [Edit] from the user's detail screen.
4. From the user information edit screen, enable the following settings as needed and click [Save].
- Receive notifications of suspicious email reports: Receive notifications immediately when reported by users.
- Receive a summary of suspicious email reports: Receive a summary of the previous day's reports around 9 AM (JST) daily.
- Receive a summary even if there are no suspicious email reports: Receive a summary of the previous day around 9 AM (JST) daily, even if there are no suspicious email reports.
