Report Suspicious Emails Notification Settings

Target

• Administrator of HENNGE Tadrill

Purpose

• This article explains the procedure for administrators to receive notification emails regarding suspicious emails and daily report numbers in HENNGE Tadrill.

Notes

1. This article is based on product specifications as of November 2024 and is subject to change without notice.
2. You need administrator privileges in HENNGE Tadrill to confirm actual screens and make settings changes.
3. For instructions on how to access the Administration screen, please refer to the following article:
   Accessing the HENNGE Tadrill Administration Screen
4. One notification will be sent for each reported suspicious email, and a report notification of the previous day's suspicious email count will be sent every day at 9:00 AM.
   ※ Currently, it is not possible to turn off only one of the above notifications.
5. No notifications will be sent when reporting training emails.
   ※ Notifications are only sent for emails reported by users as suspicious, excluding training emails.
6. The sending domain for notifications is cosole.tadrill.com.
   ※ There is no need to set up spam avoidance settings (Microsoft / Google) for this domain or for training email domains.

Procedure

1. Access [Users] from the HENNGE Tadrill Administration screen.

2. Click on the administrator from the list of users whom you want to receive notifications.

3. Click on [Edit] from the user's detailed screen.

4. In the user information editing screen, enable [Receive alert notification] and click [Save].
