- Users who report suspicious emails (phishing reports) using Tadrill Alert
Purpose
- This article explains how to report suspicious emails to your organization's administrator using Tadrill Alert (Report Add-in) from the Outlook mobile app.
Notes
- The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of February 2025 and is subject to change without notice.
- When you report a suspicious email, training emails will be moved to the archive folder, and other emails will be moved to the junk email folder.
- When selecting the Tadrill Alert icon, a blank page may appear.
* If this screen appears, please go back once, press the icon again, and select [Reload]. - The features described in this article are available to customers with a HENNGE One Pro plan or a standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.
Procedure
1. When you receive a suspicious email, open the email and tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.
2. Select the Tadrill Alert icon.
If a blank page appears when you tap the Tadrill Alert icon
When you tap the Tadrill Alert icon, the following blank page may appear.
If this screen appears, press the back button in the red frame and select the Tadrill Alert icon again.
When the following screen appears, press [Reload].
3. If the HENNGE Access Control or Microsoft 365 sign-in screen appears, enter your ID and password to sign in.
* If you are already authenticated, this screen will not appear.
4. If the screen "Do you want to stay signed in?" appears, press [Yes].
5. Press [Continue].
If the reported email is a training email, the following message will appear and the report will be completed.
* At the same time as reporting, the training email will be moved to the archive folder.
If you report an email other than a Tadrill training email, the following message will appear.
Enter your actions before reporting and details (optional), then press [Send].
If the following message appears, the report is complete.
* At the same time as reporting, the suspicious email will be moved to the junk email folder.
