1. Access Alerts from the Tadrill Administration.
2. Select the reports you want to update and click the Edit button.
3. In the Edit Status screen, check Update for the items you want to change, set the value, and click Save or Save and Notify.

※ From Reply to reporter with status, you can send a notification and message to the user who reported the email, regardless of whether the status was updated.
