[File DLP] Integration settings with various services
[File DLP] Disconnecting from a service - The "Users" tab displays the users of the connected service.
-
The "Drives" tab displays the drives synced from the connected service and their sync status.
※ If the "SYNC STATUS" is displayed as "No Access", please refer to the article below.
[File DLP] What to do when the drive sync status is "No Access"?
※ The "LAST SYNCED AT" date is updated when access occurs to the target drive from File DLP.
Therefore, the date may be updated even if there are no updates to the drive itself (such as file creation, role changes, etc.).
※ The "Syncing" sync status indicates that the sync connection between File DLP and the groupware is continuing without errors. Please note that it does not only indicate the completion of the sync, so even if "Syncing" is displayed, data retrieval in File DLP may not be complete.
