From the left menu of the File DLP admin screen, access [Connected Services].

A list of Integrated Apps will be displayed. Click the Service Name of the app whose Details you want to check.

The app's Overview will be displayed.
※ Clicking [Action] in the upper right allows you to Change Service Name or Delete App. -
The [User] tab displays the users of the integrated app.

The [Drives] tab displays the Drives being synced from the integrated app and their Sync Status.
The five Sync Status values and their Details are as follows.
※ This tab is only displayed when the Integrated App is Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.- Not Started: The initial sync is in a Pending state.
- Syncing...: A sync, including the initial sync, is currently in progress.
- Running: For a Drive whose sync has previously completed, newly generated changes are being synced.
- Unfetchable: The Target Drive cannot be accessed.
- Unfetchable (User Not Present): The target Drive cannot be accessed because no user exists for the target Drive.
