[File DLP] Check and Modify Connected Services

Overview

This article explains the procedure for organizers using File DLP to check or change the settings of apps integrated with File DLP.

Procedure

1. From the left menu of the File DLP admin screen, access [Connected Services].

   

2. A list of Integrated Apps will be displayed. Click the Service Name of the app whose Details you want to check.

   

3. The app's Overview will be displayed.
   ※ Clicking [Action] in the upper right allows you to Change Service Name or Delete App.

   

4. The [User] tab displays the users of the integrated app.

   

5. The [Drives] tab displays the Drives being synced from the integrated app and their Sync Status.
   The five Sync Status values and their Details are as follows.
   ※ This tab is only displayed when the Integrated App is Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

   • Not Started: The initial sync is in a Pending state.
   • Syncing...: A sync, including the initial sync, is currently in progress.
   • Running: For a Drive whose sync has previously completed, newly generated changes are being synced.
   • Unfetchable: The Target Drive cannot be accessed.
   • Unfetchable (User Not Present): The target Drive cannot be accessed because no user exists for the target Drive.
     ※ If the Sync Status shows "Unfetchable," please refer to the article below.

   ※ The Last Synced At is updated whenever File DLP accesses the Target Drive.
   Therefore, the date and time may be updated even if there are no updates to the Drive itself (such as file creation or permission changes).

   

6. The [Integration] tab displays the integration status with the app.

   ※ Click [Updated] to integrate with the app or cancel the integration.
