[Tadrill] Disconnect Procedure (Google Workspace)

Target

This article is intended for customers using Google Workspace who wish to disconnect from Tadrill.

Purpose

This procedure disconnects Google Workspace from Tadrill.

Notes

  1. The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of November 2025 and is subject to change without notice.
  2. Administrator privileges for Tadrill are required to view the actual screens or make configuration changes.
  3. A Google Workspace super administrator account is required to perform the steps in this procedure.

Procedure

Canceling Incomplete Trainings

1. Log in to the Tadrill Administration with an administrator account and open [Trainings].
2. For any training where the [Status] field is not "Completed," open the relevant configuration, click the [ ... ] icon in the upper right, select [Cancel], and cancel the corresponding training.

* Please perform the above steps for each incomplete training.

Deleting Spam Bypass Settings

Delete the spam bypass settings configured in Spam Bypass Settings (Google Workspace) from Google Workspace.

Deleting User Sync API Authorization Settings

* If you are not using user synchronization, this step is not required.

  1. Access the Google Workspace Admin console, and from the sidebar, select [Security] - [Access and data control] - [API controls].
  2. At the bottom of the [API controls] screen, select [Manage domain-wide delegation].
  3. On the [Manage domain-wide delegation] screen, delete the following settings.
    * Even if the name is different, if the Client ID or OAuth scopes match, it is a deletion target.
    If the configured Client ID or OAuth scopes do not match, please contact Technical Support.
