Customers using Microsoft 365 who wish to disconnect from HENNGE Tadrill
Purpose
To disconnect Microsoft 365 from HENNGE Tadrill.
Procedure
Canceling incomplete training
Access the Tadrill Administration screen with an administrator account, open [Training].
Open the settings where the [Status] item is not "Complete," click the [⋯] mark in the upper right, select [Cancel], and cancel the corresponding training.
※ Please perform the above operation for any incomplete training.
Deleting connection filter settings
Connection Filter Setting Procedure (Microsoft 365) to delete the connection setting filter set in Microsoft 365.
Deleting sandbox bypass settings
Sandbox Bypass Setting (Microsoft 365) to delete the sandbox bypass settings set in Microsoft 365.
Deleting service permission settings
1. Access the Microsoft Entra Administration Center with the administrator account of Microsoft 365
2. Open [ID] - [Apps] - [Enterprise Applications]
3. Select [Tadrill] from the list
4. Once the overview of Tadrill is open, select [Properties]
5. Select [Delete] at the top of the Properties screen to delete the settings
Deleting Tadrill Alert (Reporting Add-on)
※ Customers who have not installed Tadrill Alert do not need to perform this step
Uninstall Procedure for Tadrill Alert (Reporting Add-on) for [Microsoft 365]Outlook
The settings are now complete.
