Purpose
- This document explains the procedure to disconnect File DLP from various connected services.
Notes
- Administrator privileges for File DLP are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.
- The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of January 2025 and may change without notice.

Procedure
Common Procedure (Disconnecting from Connected Services)
1. Disconnect File DLP from each connected service.

When Connected with Microsoft 365
If connected with Microsoft 365, perform the following steps after completing the common procedure.
1. Access the Microsoft 365 Entra Admin Center from the following URL.
https://entra.microsoft.com/
2. From the left menu, access [Applications] - [Enterprise Applications].
3. Click [File DLP] from the All Applications screen.
4. From the left menu, select [Manage] - [Properties].
5. Select [Delete] at the top of the page and choose [Yes].
6. Return to the All Applications screen from step 2 and click [File DLP App Integration].
7. From the left menu, select [Manage] - [Properties].
8. Select [Delete] at the top of the page and choose [Yes].
When Connected with Google Workspace
If connected with Google Workspace, perform the following steps after completing the common procedure.
1. Access the Google Workspace Admin Console and select [Security] - [Access and Data Control] - [API Controls] from the left menu.
2. Select [Manage Domain-wide Delegation] at the bottom of the [API Controls] screen.
3. From the summary screen, select [File DLP] and click [Delete].
4. A pop-up screen will appear, click [Delete].
When Connected with Box
If connected with Box, perform the following steps after completing the common procedure.
1. Access the Box Administration screen.
2. From the left menu, select [Integrations] - [Platform App Manager] - [User Authentication Apps].
3. From the summary screen, select [File DLP] and choose [Disable] at the top right of the screen.
