[File DLP] Disconnection Procedure

Procedure

  1. Disconnect File DLP from each of the Apps that is integrated with it.

  2. Please carry out the following procedure depending on which of the Apps you are disconnecting.
If integrated with Microsoft 365

If integrated with Microsoft 365, perform the following steps after completing the common procedure.

  1. Access the Microsoft Entra admin center from the following URL.
    https://entra.microsoft.com/（External Link）
  2. From the left menu of the Microsoft Entra admin center, access ［Enterprise applications］.
  3. From the ［All applications］ screen, click ［File DLP］.
  4. From the left menu, select ［Manage］－［Properties］.
  5. Select ［Delete］ at the top of the page, then select ［Yes］.
  6. Return to the ［All applications］ screen from step 2, and click ［File DLP App Integration］.
  7. From the left menu, select ［Manage］－［Properties］.
  8. Select ［Delete］ at the top of the page, then select ［Yes］.
If integrated with Google Workspace

If integrated with Google Workspace, perform the following steps after completing the common procedure.

  1. Access the Google Workspace admin console, and from the left menu, select ［Security］－［Access and data control］－［API controls］.
  2. At the bottom of the ［API controls］ screen, select ［Manage Domain Wide Delegation］.
  3. From the List screen, select ［File DLP］ and click ［Delete］.
  4. A pop-up screen will appear; click ［Delete］.
If integrated with Box

If integrated with Box, perform the following steps after completing the common procedure.

  1. Access the Box admin console.
  2. From the left menu, select ［Integrations］－［Platform App Manager］－［User Authentication Apps］.
  3. From the List screen, select ［File DLP］, and select ［Disable］ in the upper right corner of the screen.
