[Device Certificate] Installing Device Certificate (Chromebook)

• Users using Chromebook

Purpose

• This article explains the procedure for installing a device certificate on a Chromebook device.

2. Depending on the device or OS version used, the displayed screens may differ.

Procedure

Preparation

1. Register Cybertrust DeviceiD Importer in the Google Workspace Admin console

Device Certificate Installation

1. After turning on the Chromebook, log in to the Chromebook profile.
2. After logging in, the device certificate will be installed automatically.
   ※ If the device certificate is not installed automatically, please follow the steps below.
3. After the Google screen is displayed, click [Extensions] displayed at the top right or within the action details screen.
4. Click [Cybertrust DeviceiD Importer (Automatic installation)].

5. The certificate will be installed automatically.

   This completes the installation of the device certificate.

   When logging in to HENNGE using the certificate after installing the device certificate, please click the [Log in with Device Certificate] button when the login screen below is displayed to proceed with the login.
