How to Access the File DLP Administration
Procedure

From the left menu of the File DLP Administration, go to [Files] - [Files List].

From the list screen, select the file name you want to view.

The File Details screen will be displayed. Review the relevant file.
For each field, refer to Fields (File Details).You can also check the sharing status of the file and leave comments as needed.
For each field, refer to Fields (Sharing Statuses List). -
If you want to view the file contents, click [File link].

If you want to change the sharing settings, click [Action] and select the desired action from the list of available actions.

Fields (File Details)
The following fields can be viewed in File Details.

Fields (Sharing Statuses List)
The following fields can be viewed in the Sharing Statuses List.

Fields (Access Permission)
The sharing range of files is as follows.
