- If false positives or false negatives occur in Cloud Protection as described below, you can send sample files to the manufacturer (WithSecure) to help improve detection accuracy or confirm the safety of the files.
- False positive: A harmless item is detected as harmful
- False negative: A harmful item is detected as harmless

Submit sample files via the dedicated analysis system provided by the manufacturer (WithSecure).
