Target
- Administrators who perform initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Cloud Protection
Purpose
- To delete the Microsoft 365 tenants added to HENNGE Cloud Protection and the enterprise applications added to Microsoft Entra ID.

- To confirm actual screens or change settings, you need permissions as a Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator, or Service Principal Owner for HENNGE Cloud Protection and Microsoft 365.

How to Access the HENNGE Cloud Protection Administration - When a tenant is deleted, all quarantined items, Dashboard statistics, detections, and System messages accumulated on the HENNGE Cloud Protection side will also be deleted from HENNGE Cloud Protection.
Steps
Deleting a Tenant
1. Access the HENNGE Cloud Protection Administration.
2. From the left menu, select [COLLABORATION PROTECTION] - [Connected Services].
3. Select the checkbox for the target Connected Service and choose [Delete Connected Service ...] at the bottom of the page.
4. Select [Delete] at the bottom of the page.
5. Confirm that the tenant deleted in step 4 is no longer listed.
Deleting Enterprise Applications
1. Access the Microsoft 365 Entra Admin Center from the following URL.
https://entra.microsoft.com/
2. Open [Applications] - [Enterprise Applications] from the left menu.
3. From the All Applications screen, check if there are applications that match the following.
* The Display Name may vary depending on when the service was started.
- WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection for Exchange
- WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection for OneDrive
- WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection for SharePoint and Teams
- F-Secure OneDrive Cloud Protection
- F-Secure Elements for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)
4. Select one of the relevant applications confirmed in step 3.
5. Select [Manage] - [Properties] from the left menu.
6. Select [Delete] at the top of the page, then select [Yes].
7. Return to the All Applications screen from step 3 and perform steps 4 to 6 for any other relevant applications to delete them.
