Administrators responsible for initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Cloud Protection are the intended audience for the content of this article.
Objective
This article describes the process of removing Microsoft 365 tenants added to HENNGE Cloud Protection and enterprise applications added to Microsoft Entra ID within HENNGE Cloud Protection.
This action is performed for purposes such as temporarily disabling the product's features and is not a mandatory requirement for deployment.
Notes

2. Actual screen verification and configuration changes require the permissions of a global administrator for HENNGE Cloud Protection and Microsoft 365, a cloud application administrator, an application administrator, or the owner of a service principal.
3. Please refer to the login information sent during deployment for the URL and login details of the HENNGE Cloud Protection management screen.
4. Deleting a tenant will remove all isolated items, dashboard statistics, detections, and system messages accumulated within HENNGE Cloud Protection from the HENNGE Cloud Protection side.
Details
1. Tenant Deletion
1.1. Access the following URL for the HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console.

Access HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console
1.2. From the left menu of the screen, select [COLLABORATION PROTECTION] - [CLOUD SERVICES].
1.3. Select the checkbox for the target cloud service, and then choose [Delete Cloud Service...] at the bottom of the page.
1.4. Choose [Delete] at the bottom of the page.
1.5. Verify that the tenant deleted in step 1.4. has disappeared from the list.
2. Enterprise Application Deletion
2.1. Sign in to Microsoft 365.
2.2. Open [Admin Center] - [ID] - [Applications] - [Enterprise Applications] from the left menu.
Select "F-Secure Elements for Microsoft 365" from the list of applications displayed on the right.
2.3. Select [Manage] from the left menu.
2.4. Select [Delete] at the top of the page and then choose [Yes].
2.4. Return to the screen from step 2.2. and perform the same steps for "F-Secure OneDrive Cloud Protection" and
"F-Secure Elements for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)" as in steps 2.3. and 2.4.
