Action summary
This article explains how to view the Dashboard after logging in to the Administration, intended for administrators who perform initial setup and operational management of Cloud Protection.

Field
After logging in to the Administration, the following Dashboard will be displayed.
You can return to this screen at any time by clicking the [Dashboard] tab in the left menu.
Current Detections
Detected threats are displayed by severity level in the [By Severity] tab, and by status in the [By Status] tab.
Item Status
Displays the number of protected mailboxes, unprotected mailboxes, unavailable mailboxes, and mailboxes with errors.
Top Affected Items
Displays the number of threats detected in the top mailboxes, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive folders within your organization.
Inbox
Displays detected malicious inbox rules and scanned inbox rules.
Cloud Service Protection Status
In the [Total] section of the Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams tabs, the total number of scanned unsafe items, unsafe attachments, malicious URLs, quarantined items, and deleted items is displayed.
In [Item Type], the number of scanned items is displayed for each item type (email, meetings and appointments, contacts and groups, tasks, others).
Clicking on a number displays scan details and actions taken.
Protection Trends
Shows the average and percentage of items detected as threats, the threat percentage for the selected period (blue bar), and the threat percentage for the previous week (light blue bar).
