Items
After logging into the admin console, a dashboard similar to the one shown below will be displayed.
You can return to this screen at any time by clicking the [Dashboard] tab in the left-hand menu.
Current Detections
Detected threats are displayed by severity level in the [By Severity] tab, and by status in the [By Status] tab.
Item Status
Displays the number of protected mailboxes, unprotected mailboxes, unavailable mailboxes, and mailboxes with errors.
Top Affected Items
Displays the number of threats detected for the top mailboxes, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive folders within the organization.
Inbox
Displays detected malicious inbox rules and scanned inbox rules.
Cloud Service Protection Status
The [Total] section on the Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams tabs displays the total number of scanned unsafe items, unsafe attachments, dangerous URLs, quarantined items, and deleted items.
The [Item Type] section displays the number of scanned items for each item type.
Click a number to view scan details and the actions that were performed.
Protection Trends
Shows the average, percentage, selected period (blue bar), and threat percentage for the week before the selected period (light blue bar) for items detected as threats.
