This article describes the usage and management of HENNGE Cloud Protection service.

Procedure to confirm the System Events in HENNGE Cloud Protection.

3. The following procedures require HENNGE Cloud Protection admin permissions.
4. The login information of HENNGE Cloud Protection admin console was sent to you during the implementation stage.

1. Access the following URL for the HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console.

2. Click on the [ COLLABORATION PROTECTION ] - [System Event] on the left menu.
Summary
The system events feature will log all of the changes made to the HENNGE Cloud Protection system such as service connection, changes, delete or quarantine actions...etc.
This will help you to understand the overall system status and performance.
Filter for Events
1. Access the following URL for the HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console.

2. Click on the [System Event] from the left menu.
After the [System Event] page is opened, all of the events will be displayed.
3. Apply filter for any of the following categories from the dropdown menu on the top.
Source: The source type of the Event (Provisioning service / Policy service / Quarantine service / Authentication service / Mail scan service / Report service)
Level: Severity level of the Event(Information / Warning / Error / Critical)
Time from: To display events after this time.
Time to: To display events before this time.
