- This article explains how to register a license key code and users in Cloud Protection.

Procedure
Preparation
- Confirm the license key code information at Customer Portal sent by HENNGE.
In Customer Portal, please refer to [サービス一覧(Service List)] - [HENNGE Cloud Protection] [接続設定値(Connection Values)].

Registering the License Key
- Access the following URL.

Enter the license key code confirmed in the preparation step, your admin email address, and language, then select [Submit].
* Do not check [Restrict partner access to the organization] before submitting.
* If you accidentally checked [Restrict partner access to the organization] and submitted, after completing all steps up to step 7, please follow the instructions in Turning off [Restrict partner access to the organization].
* If you are already using other WithSecure products and want to register the same email address, please add "+any text" to your email address.
When sending emails, any text after the "+" will be ignored, so notifications will be received at the original email address.Example: If you want to register the email address admin@example.com
admin+hennge@example.com
- Confirm that you have received an email with the subject "You have received access to WithSecure™" at the email address entered in step 2.
- Access the URL provided in the email from step 3.
- Log in using the username and initial password provided in the email from step 3, and set a new password.
- You will be redirected to the login screen. Enter your username and new password.
* If you are not redirected, access the URL in the email from step 3 again. - Register for multi-factor authentication and log in.
- Confirm that the Cloud Protection admin console is displayed.
* If you accidentally checked [Restrict partner access to the organization] and submitted in step 2, please follow the instructions in Turning off [Restrict partner access to the organization].
