For customers who have implemented HENNGE Cloud Protection.

Purpose

Confirm the details of the Threats detected by HENNGE Cloud Protection.

2. The content of this article is based on product specifications as of October 2022 and is revised accordingly without advanced notice.

3. The Login information for HENNGE Cloud Protection will be sent to you during the implementation.

Details / Procedures

You can check and manage quarantined threats detected by HENNGE Cloud Protection in [ Quarantined ] page.
Please refer the following directions to check the events and report misdetection.

Confirmation of Detected Events

1. Click on [ COLLABORATION PROTECTION ] - [ Quarantined ] on the left menu.

2. You can check the list of detected security events.

3. By clicking on the ID of each event, you will be able to confirm the details.
In the details page, you can see the action ( quarantined ), the threatening file, or URLs.
