Users utilizing HENNGE Secure Download or ZIP encryption features with HENNGE Email DLP are the target audience of this article.
Purpose
This article details how to check files sent using HENNGE Secure Download or ZIP encryption in the HENNGE Email DLP user interface.

Detailed Description / Procedure
To check files sent via HENNGE Secure Download or ZIP encryption, go to the left menu of the HENNGE Email DLP management screen and select [ Files ] - [ History ].
Note that the steps in this article can be performed by the sender logging into HENNGE Email DLP.
For emails sent from a group, you cannot log into HENNGE Email DLP with the group address, so you cannot check the history or stop the download URL for HENNGE Secure Download.
Additionally, even if you are using the team mail function, you cannot check the history or stop the download URL for HENNGE Secure Download for emails sent by team members.

1. Checking Sent Files
Select the target email from [ Files ] - [ History ].
2. Explanation of Items
For files sent using HENNGE Secure Download
・From : The sender (Header From) is displayed.
・To : The recipient set in To is displayed.
・Cc : The recipient set in Cc is displayed.
・Processing Method: [ HENNGE Secure Download ] is displayed.
・Upload Date and Time : The date and time the file was uploaded is displayed.
・Download Link:
Active: The download link is active and the file can be downloaded.
Inactive: The download link is inactive and the file cannot be downloaded.
Expired: The download link has expired and the file cannot be downloaded.
・Expiration Date : The expiration date of the download URL is displayed.
・Total File Downloads : The total number of downloads for each file is displayed.
・File : The file name, size, and number of downloads of the attached file are displayed.
When expanded, the email address, IP address, and the time the file was downloaded (n minutes ago, n days ago, 1 month ago) of the user who downloaded each file are displayed.
For files sent using ZIP encryption
・From : The sender (Header From) is displayed.
・To : The recipient set in To is displayed.
・Processing Method: [ ZIP Encryption ] is displayed.
・Encryption Date and Time : The date and time the file was encrypted is displayed.
・To : The recipient (Envelope To) is displayed.
・Password : The password for the ZIP-encrypted file is displayed.
3. Stopping the HENNGE Secure Download URL
The download URL can be disabled within 31 days of creation.
After 31 days, the download URL will expire and become inaccessible.
3.1. Select the target email from [ Files ] - [ History ].
3.2. Select [ Disable Link ].
3.3. Select [ Disable ] on the displayed popup screen.
4. Checking HENNGE Secure Download History
4.1. Select the target email from [ Files ] - [ History ].
・Total File Downloads : The total number of downloads for each file is displayed.
・Number of Downloads : The number of downloads for each file is displayed.
The maximum number of downloads for HENNGE Secure Download is 100 times per file.
If the limit is reached, downloads from the download URL will be disabled.
If necessary, send the attached file again from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to create a new download URL.
4.2. Select the icon to the right of the download count for the target file.
When expanded, the email address, IP address, and the date and time the file was downloaded of the user who downloaded each file are displayed.
5. Downloading Files from HENNGE Secure Download
To check the files you have sent, you can download them by following the steps below.
