Purpose
This article explains the steps that administrators should take when a URL detected as malicious by Cloud Protection is reviewed and determined to be a false positive.

Reporting a False Positive URL
If a URL is detected as malicious but you determine it is a false positive and a safe URL, you can report it from the [Detection] menu in the Administration.
- Click [Detection] from the menu on the left side of the Administration.
- Click the ID of the target event to display the event details.

At the bottom of the screen, check the target URL under [URL], and if it is a false positive, click [Report as False Positive] on the right.

Click [Report] on the displayed screen.
* It usually takes about two weeks for the changes to be reflected.
