Reporting a False Positive URL
If a URL has been detected as malicious but you want to report that it is a false positive and a safe URL, you can submit the report from the [Detections] menu in the administration screen.
- Click [Detections] from the menu on the left side of the administration screen.
- Click the description of the Target event to display the event details.
- Check the Target URL under [URL] at the bottom of the screen, and if it is a false positive, click [Report as False Positive] from the three-dot menu on the right.
