Protect Mailbox − Connect and Protect Specific Users


This is for customers who have implemented HENNGE Cloud Protection.


This will enable HENNGE Cloud Protection for specific Exchange Online Mailbox for users who are selected, the HENNGE Cloud Protection must be already connected to Microsoft 365 Tenant.

1.  Accessing the HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console

1.1. Please access the following URL for the HENNGE Cloud Protection Admin Console.

1.2. Select [ Cloud Services ] on the left menu.

2. Select Targeted Mailboxes

2.1. Click on the [ Customize my protection ] under the  [ Exchange Online ] column.

If the setup has already been completed, the number of protected mailboxes will be displayed.


2.2. Click on the [Customize my protection ] option.


2.3. Check on the checkbox for the targeted mailboxes that you wish to enable the protection with and click on the [ Turn on Protection ] at the bottom of the page.

You can use [ Search for mailboxes ] to find specific mailboxes.

※It may take 30 minutes to several hours for protected mailboxes to be displayed.


2.4. Confirm that the mailbox under the [ Status ] column shows [ Protected ].


2.5. If you hope to enable protection for new Microsoft 365 mailboxes automatically, click on [ Protect new mailboxes toggle ] and click on [ Save ] at the bottom of the page.
