Purpose
This article explains how to add a user as an administrator in HENNGE Cloud Protection.

- Administrator permissions for HENNGE Cloud Protection are required to verify actual screens and make configuration changes.
- Refer to the login information sent to you at the time of introduction for the URL and login information for the HENNGE Cloud Protection administration screen.
Procedure
1. Open the administration screen of HENNGE Cloud Protection.

2. Click on [Management - Collaboration Protection] - [Users] in the left menu of the administration screen.
3. Click on [Add user] on the [Users] screen.
4. On the [Add user] screen, enter the email address of the user to be added, select the language, and click [Next].
5. On the [Role] screen, select the permissions and click [Next].
The values to be configured are as follows:

6. Confirm the settings and click [Add].
7. Once the message confirming the addition of the administrator appears, click [OK].
Ensure that the email necessary to log in to the administration screen has been sent to the added email address.
