Details
1. Exchange Online - Confirming Malware Scan Functionality
1.1. Download any of the following files:
malwareTest.doc
※ The above files are malware for testing provided by WithSecure, and downloading them will not harm your system.
1.2. Create a calendar in the mailbox belonging to the domain connected to HENNGE Cloud Protection, attach the file downloaded in step 1.1., and save it.
1.3. Confirm that the calendar created in step 1.2. is automatically deleted.
2. Exchange Online - Confirming Suspicious URL Scan Functionality
2.1. Send an email containing any of the URLs in the following text file to the mailbox belonging to the domain connected to HENNGE Cloud Protection.
URL Samples.txt
※ Accessing the URLs in the text file will not harm your system.
2.2. Confirm that the email sent in step 2.1. is automatically deleted.
If sent from the domain connected to HENNGE Cloud Protection, also confirm that the email is deleted from the Sent Items folder.
※ Since HENNGE Cloud Protection functions after receiving the email in the Microsoft 365 inbox, the email containing suspicious URLs may be visible depending on the timing of your confirmation.
3. SharePoint Online - Confirming Malware Scan Functionality
For customers with SharePoint sites who have configured SharePoint Online protection in HENNGE Cloud Protection.
3.1. Prepare the test file downloaded in step 1.1.
3.2. Upload the file prepared in step 3.1. to the SharePoint site belonging to the domain connected to HENNGE Cloud Protection.
3.3. Confirm that the file uploaded in step 3.2. is automatically deleted.
This operation may take a few minutes.
The file uploaded in this step will be moved to the [Isolation] section.
If you upload a file to SharePoint and release it from isolation, it will be recorded in HENNGE Cloud Protection as a safe file, and even if the same file is uploaded in the future, it will be detected but not isolated. (In Exchange protection, once released, the file will be isolated again.)
It is also not possible to revert this operation (return to being isolated).

This step is performed as a solution to a known issue.
Subsequent files will be detected correctly, so it is necessary to upload the file twice.
4.4. Confirm that the file uploaded in step 4.3. is automatically deleted.
This operation may take a few minutes.
The file uploaded in this step will be moved to the [Isolation] section.
If you upload a file to OneDrive and release it from isolation, it will be recorded in HENNGE Cloud Protection as a safe file, and even if the same file is uploaded in the future, it will be detected but not isolated. (In Exchange protection, once released, the file will be isolated again.)
It is also not possible to revert this operation (return to being isolated).
