Procedure
From the left menu of the Email DLP user screen, click ［Suspension］ － ［My suspended emails］, then click the target email.

Send Email
To send a Suspended Email, click ［send］.
Deactivate Email
To Deactivate a Suspended Email, click ［Deactivate］.
By using ［Deactivate］, you can prevent the email from being automatically sent even after the specified time has elapsed.
After deactivation, the email remains in a suspended state until you send or Discard it.
If no Action is taken after deactivation, the email will be automatically deleted after 10 JP.

Discard Email
To Discard a Suspended Email, click ［Discard］.
