Overview
This article explains how team members can check and take actions (such as sending or deleting) on suspended emails for users utilizing the Team suspended emails feature in Email DLP, using the Email DLP user screen.

Log in to Email DLP - To use the Team suspended emails feature, the team email settings must be configured in advance by your organization's admin.
- If a team email is suspended indefinitely (not a timed suspension such as 10 minutes) and no action (send or delete) is taken within 10 days from the time it was sent from the mailer, it will be automatically deleted.
* Inactive emails will also be automatically deleted if 10 days have passed since they were sent from the mailer.

Procedure
In Email DLP, team members defined in advance can check and take actions on emails sent by other members of the same team.
Checking Team suspended emails
From the left menu of the Email DLP user screen, click [Suspension] – [Team suspended emails], then click the target email.

Send Team suspended email

To send a Team suspended email, click [Send].

Check the content and click [Send].
Delete Team suspended email

To delete a Team suspended email, click [Delete].
* Deleted emails cannot be restored.
If you need to send the email, please resend it from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. -
Enter a comment if necessary and click [Delete].
If configured in advance by the admin, the entered comment will be included in the notification to the sender.
Deactivate Team suspended email

To deactivate a Team suspended email, click [Deactivate].
By using [Deactivate], you can prevent the email from being sent automatically after the specified time. After deactivation, the email will remain suspended until a team member clicks [Send] or [Delete].
If no action is taken after deactivation, the email will be automatically deleted after 10 days.
* The email body cannot be edited. If editing is required, please [Delete] the email and resend it from Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) or Google Workspace (Gmail). -
Enter a comment if necessary and click [Deactivate].
If configured in advance by the admin, the entered comment will be included in the notification to the sender.
Download Team suspended email

To download a suspended email, click the download icon.
The email will be downloaded in eml format.
Check Attachments

To check attachments, click the view icon (left red box) or the download icon (right red box) for the target file.
* Behavior may vary depending on the OS.
* Not all files are supported for preview.
