This article explains how users who utilize the suspend feature in Email DLP can check the history of suspended emails from the Email DLP user screen.

Log in to Email DLP - For information on the retention period for history, please refer to the following article.
Log retention period for each service - History prior to your first login to the Email DLP user screen will not be displayed.
- The history of actions performed using the Team feature can be checked from the sender's user screen.
- Only emails to which the suspend feature has been applied are displayed in [Suspension] - [History] on the user screen. Emails set to [Send unmodified] or [Supervisor approval] will not appear in the user screen history.
Procedure
From the left menu of the Email DLP user screen, click [Suspension] - [History] and select the target email.
