Check your hold history

Target

Users utilizing the hold function in HENNGE Email DLP are the target audience for the content of this article.

Purpose

This article explains how to check the history of emails held by HENNGE Email DLP on the HENNGE Email DLP user interface.

3. History can be checked for emails within the last month, up to a maximum of 100 items.

4. History before the first login to the HENNGE Email DLP user interface will not be displayed.

5. History of operations performed with the team mail function can be confirmed from the sender's user interface.

To check the history of held emails, go to the left menu of the HENNGE Email DLP user interface [Hold Tray] - [History].

Select the target email.

Rule Group Name: Displays the applied rule group name.

Rule Name: Displays the applied rule name.

Hold Date and Time: Displays the date and time the email was held.

From: Displays the sender (Header From).

To: Displays the recipient set in To.

Cc: Displays the recipient set in Cc.

Bcc: Displays the recipient set in Bcc.

Size: Displays the message size.

Attachment File: Displays the attachment file name.

Status: Displays the current status, such as sent or deleted.

Date and Time: Displays the processed date and time.

Processor: Displays the address of the user who processed the target email (sent, deleted, etc.).
If automatically sent, the user's own address is displayed.

Recipient: Displays the recipient (Envelope To).
