This article explains how to check the history of emails held in HENNGE Email DLP on the HENNGE Email DLP user interface.

5. The history of actions taken using the team mail function can be checked from the sender's user interface.

Procedure
1. Check History
Click the target email from the left menu [ Suspension ] - [ History ] on the HENNGE Email DLP user interface.
2. Item Description
・Rule Group Name : The name of the applied rule group is displayed.
・Rule Name : The name of the applied rule is displayed.
・Hold Date : The date and time the email was held are displayed.
・Recipient : The actual recipient address to which the email is sent.
※ This may differ from the To, CC, BCC in the email header.
・From : The sender (Header From) is displayed.
・To : The recipient set in the To field is displayed.
・Cc : The recipient set in the Cc field is displayed.
・Bcc : The recipient set in the Bcc field is displayed.
・Size : The message size is displayed.
・Attachment : The attachment file names are displayed.
Click "Show All" to display the list of attachments.
