Target
This article applies to users who use the ZIP encryption feature in HENNGE Email DLP.
Purpose
This section describes how to view the history of ZIP-encrypted emails in HENNGE Email DLP on the HENNGE Email DLP user screen.

2. The URL of the HENNGE Email DLP user screen differs depending on the customer's tenant.

※ Please change the [ Main Domain ] to your contracted domain.
3. The history can be checked for up to 100 emails within the past month.
Procedure
To check the history of ZIP-Encrypted emails, go to the HENNGE Email DLP user screen and select [Encryption] - [History] from the left menu.
Contents
1. View History
Select the target email.
If you send to multiple recipients and have multiple filters (rules) applied, one email will appear split into multiple parts.
2. Item Description
・From : Displays the email sender (Header From) .
・Encryption Date and Time : Displays the date and time of encryption.
・Address : Displays the email recipient (Envelope To).
・Password : Displays the password for the file after ZIP encryption.
