Purpose
This article explains how senders can check emails pending approval in Email DLP from the Email DLP user screen.

- If an email pending approval is not approved or rejected within 10 days of being sent, it will be automatically deleted.

Procedure
In Email DLP, approvers can approve or reject emails sent by predefined senders.
Checking Pending Approvals
From the left menu of the Email DLP user screen, select [Approval] – [Pending Approval], then click the target email.
Item Descriptions
- Rule Group Name: Displays the name of the applied rule group.
- Rule Name: Displays the name of the applied rule.
- Suspension Time: Displays the date and time the email was suspended.

Recipients: The actual recipient addresses to which the email will be sent.
* May differ from the To, Cc, and Bcc in the email header. - From: Displays the sender (Header From).
- External Domain Confirmation: This is displayed when sending to a domain not registered in HENNGE. You can check the details by clicking [Review External Recipients].
- To: Displays the addresses set in the To field.
- Cc: Displays the addresses set in the Cc field.

Bcc: Displays the addresses set in the Bcc field.
※ Recipients identified as internal domains will not be displayed, unless they were inserted by the Email DLP function. - Size: Displays the message size.

Attachment: Displays the attachment name.
Click [Show All] to display a list of attachments. - Plain Text / HTML Body: Switches the display format of the message.
Actions
Delete Pending Approval Emails
To delete an email pending approval, click [Discard].
* Deleted emails cannot be restored. If you need to send the email, please resend it from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Download Pending Approval Emails
To download an email pending approval, click the download button.
The email will be downloaded in eml format.
Check Attachments
To check an attachment, click the view icon (left in red box) or the download icon (right in red box) for the target file.
* Behavior may vary depending on your OS.
* Not all files are supported for preview.
