Overview
This article explains how Approvers can review emails that have been submitted for approval in Email DLP from the Email DLP user screen.

Procedure
In Email DLP, Approvers can approve or reject emails sent by predefined senders.
Reviewing Requests for your approval
From the left menu of the Email DLP user screen, click Approval > Requests for your approval and select the target email.

Action
Approve a request
To send an email that has been submitted for approval, click Approve.
If necessary, enter a comment and click Approve.
If configured by the admin in advance, the entered comment will be included in the notification sent to the requester.
Reject a request
To reject an email that has been submitted for approval, click Reject.
* Rejected emails cannot be undone. If you need to send the email, please resend it from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Download a request
To download an email that has been submitted for approval, click the Download button.
The email will be downloaded in eml format.
Review Attachments
To review attachments, click the view icon (left in the red box) or the download icon (right in the red box) for the target file.

* Not all files are supported for preview.
