We are planning a security maintenance update for the HENNGE Access Control service on the following date.
This will not result in any service outages for the general functions of HENNGE Access Control, including login authentication, device certificate, OTP or account provisioning.
Date and Time:
Monday, April 28, 2025, 12:00 - 13:00 JST
Impact:
Regardless of browser sessions or saved “Remember this login" cookie information, there may be a need for re-authentication to HENNGE Access Control.
Request to Administrators:
- If the browser session from the access source is disconnected, a re-login operation will be required. If the HENNGE Access Control login screen is displayed, please instruct your users to perform the login operation again.
- For inquiries from users who have forgotten their login passwords, please guide them through password reset in the management console or the self-password reset function.
- For inquiries regarding OTP usage, please guide them through the issuance of emergency OTPs from the management console.
Reference Information:
To adjust the frequency of re-login requests, change the "Authentication Cookie Expiration" in the Help Center.
The configurable expiration time is up to 9600 hours.
