Release Information: [Access Control] 2nd week of April 2025 Added Entra ID Immutable ID to user information

Target

This applies to customers using Access Control federated (SSO linked) with Entra ID.

Content

You can now check the Immutable ID of Entra ID (Microsoft 365) users in the Access Control Admin Console.

• The Immutable ID is a key value used to identify users when synchronizing user information between Access Control and Entra ID (Microsoft 365).
• This value is read-only and cannot be changed.
• Please use it when checking the synchronization results.

Check for each user

1. Open [ User ] - [ Users ] in the Admin Console.
2. Open the details screen of the user you want to check and see the "Profile" field.

Check in list

1. Download the user list in CSV format.
   Reference: Download Access Control User List (Modern View)
2. The ID is displayed in the "Microsoft Immutable ID" column of the CSV file.
