- This article explains how customers using device certificates on iOS or iPadOS can confirm the Device ID of their device.

Procedure
IMEI Confirmation Procedure on iPhone / iPad
- Tap the [Settings] app.
- Tap [General] - [Info].
- Scroll down and confirm the [IMEI] field.
*If your device has multiple IMEIs, use any IMEI labeled as "IMEI/IMEI1/Main Line/Physical SIM," etc.
*If you want to use the IMEI associated with an eSIM as the Device ID, the eSIM must be selected for mobile data communication.
If it is not selected for mobile data communication, please select it, restart the device, and confirm that it is selected for mobile data communication.
UDID Confirmation Procedure on macOS
- Connect your iOS or iPadOS device to your macOS device.
- Open Finder and click the name of the connected device.
- Click the device model name displayed in the upper left several times to view the UDID.
UDID Confirmation Procedure on Windows OS
- Connect your iOS or iPadOS device to your Windows OS device.
- In the Windows search tab, enter "Device Manager" and open "Device Manager."
- Open [Universal Serial Bus devices] - [Apple Mobile Device USB Composite Device].
- In the [Details] tab, select "Device Instance Path" from the [Property] dropdown.
- The UDID will be displayed.
*The "last 24 characters" separated by the "\" symbol is the UDID information.
