[Access Control] Automatic Deletion of Old Service Provider Settings (July 10, 2025)

This announcement is for Access Control users who still have old HENNGE (formerly HDE) service SSO settings remaining in their Service Provider configurations.

Content

We have mechanically detected a large number of outdated service settings, which were previously provided under HENNGE One (formerly HDE One), remaining in the [Connected Service] section of the Access Control admin console.

While these settings do not impact your currently active HENNGE One services, they pertain to services that have already been discontinued. Therefore, to improve future maintainability, we have decided to automatically delete these settings from the administration screen.

Scheduled Deletion Date: Thursday, July 10, 2025

  • Please note that the scheduled date is subject to change. Any changes will be announced in this article.

The Service Provider settings subject to automatic deletion are as follows. Settings will be deleted if all three pieces of information ACS URL, SP Issuer, and Login URL match the rules below.

Please replace "domain" in the URLs with your company's domain (or equivalent value).

  1. Email Outband Old platform for anti-misdelivery service

  2. Document Viewer File preview service for Android HENNGE Secure Browser

    • Login URL: https://docs-viewer.ssso.hdems.com/hac/domain/saml/login

  3. HENNGE Secure Transfer Classic Old platform for file transfer service

    • ACS URL: https://upload.hdedrive.com/saml2/acs
    • SP Issuer (Audience): https://upload.hdedrive.com/signup
    • Login URL: https://upload.hdedrive.com/ui/domain

Reference: An example of HENNGE Secure Transfer Classic (old platform of HENNGE Secure Transfer) settings subject to deletion is shown below. If all the circled information (ACS URL, SP Issuer (Audience), Login URL) matches the conditions, it will be subject to deletion.
