Content
Based on your feedback, we are completely renewing the Email DLP management screen to make it even more user-friendly.
With this update, it will support approver settings in synced address groups, and bulk changes will be possible in free input address groups, making management easier.
※ The screen is under development. Service specifications are subject to change without notice.
Details of the Changes
Creating a New Address Group
When creating a new address group, you will be able to select the address group to create from [Address Group] and [Synced Address Group].
- Address Group: As before, you can set email addresses or domains with free input.
- Synced Address Group: Import group information from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Creating / Editing an Address Group
If you want to use an address group with free input, please use the address group.
After the change, you will be able to perform bulk address deletions and toggle approver permissions ON/OFF.

Creating / Editing a Synced Address Group
If you want to use an address group by importing groups from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, please use the synced address group.
