Introducing update information for Email Archive Modern.
Details
We have added multiple email download and multiple email defrost functions to Email Archive Modern.
With these functions, you can download up to 200 emails at once and defrost emails.

Multiple Email Download Function
- Select the emails you want to download from the checkboxes on the [Archive Search] screen.

Press [Download].

Press [Prepare and Download] in the displayed popup.
- The downloaded files are in ZIP format.
When you extract the ZIP file, you can view the selected emails in eml format.
Multiple Email Defrost Function
To view/download the body information of archive data during the "Backup Period", you need to perform the defrosting process using the following steps.

- Select the emails you want to defrost from the checkboxes on the [Archive Search] screen.

Press [Defrost].

Press [Defrost] in the displayed popup.

Once the defrosting process starts, the status will be "Defrosting".
When defrosting is complete, it will be "Defrosted".
※ The defrosting process may take several hours.
(Supplementary)
※ To change the number of displayed items, please change the "Results per page".
The maximum number of displayed items is 200.
※ You can also select the type of target emails from the dropdown menu to the right of the checkbox.
