Introducing update information for Tadrill.
Measurement of Training Email Opens
You can now measure whether training emails have been opened.
This allows for a more detailed understanding of the behavior of users who received the training emails.
* If images are blocked in the user's email settings, the open will not be counted.
* This feature will not be reflected in training results prior to its release.
The number of email opens can be checked on the following screens.
- Target and Activity
Add a "EMAIL OPEN" column to the user list. It is also included in the CSV export results.
Display the "Email opened" action in the action list.
- Aggregation
Add a pie chart of "Email open" to [Summary].
Improvement of Suspicious Email Report Notification Emails
Notification emails sent from Tadrill have become more user-friendly.
Change to HTML Format
Changed the notification emails for suspicious email reports from text format to HTML format.
This makes it easier to understand the appearance and allows for quicker situation assessment.
Add Information of Suspicious Email Body to Notification Email Content
The content of the immediate notification email for suspicious email reports now includes information from the suspicious email body.
This allows administrators to check the content of suspicious emails from the received email notifications.
Add Information to Subject
Added information such as the timestamp to the subject of notification emails.
This prevents emails with the same subject from being grouped together in email software, making the content easier to distinguish.
The added information is as follows:
- Suspicious Email Report (Immediate): Add the email address of the suspicious email sender to the end of the subject.
- Suspicious Email Report (Daily Summary): Add the date to the end of the subject.
- Suspicious Email Investigation Results (For End Users): Add the date to the end of the subject.
Sending Domain of Training Email Templates
In anticipation of future feature expansions, the sending domain after saving an email template can no longer be edited.
If you wish to change the domain, please create a new email template.
Announcement: End of Support for Shift-JIS Character Encoding in CSV Export
As of Tuesday, August 19, 2025(JST) support for Shift-JIS character encoding in Tadrill's CSV export will end.
It has been confirmed that exports fail when data contains characters not supported by Shift-JIS (such as old characters or emojis), and it was determined that stable feature provision is difficult.
The CSV export feature will continue to be available with the following character encodings:
- UTF-8
- UTF-8 BOM
If characters appear garbled when opened in Excel, using "UTF-8 BOM" will display them correctly.
Please use this character encoding going forward.
