Action summary
This article explains the procedure for administrators of Email DLP to configure approvers linked with groups in groupware (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) when using the approval feature for email sending.
By following this procedure, you can set approvers when sending emails.
Since changes to group members in the sync source groupware are synchronized, this is useful when you want to manage approvers on the groupware side.
