[Secure Transfer] Customizing Templates Used for Sending and Receiving Files

Purpose

• This explains how to customize the text displayed when sending and receiving files using Secure Transfer.

Notes

2. You need to log in to Secure Transfer in advance.
   [Secure Transfer] Login Procedure 

Procedure

1. From the Secure Transfer screen, go to [Personal Settings] - [Message Templates].

2. From the tabs on the Message Templates screen, select the template you want to customize and choose [Custom Template] at the bottom.

3. The input field is displayed on the left, and the preview is on the right. Edit the input field and click [Save].
   You can check how it appears to recipients from the preview on the right.
   ※ Be sure to include the URL, expiry, and password.
